The graphite mold antioxidant is an oily liquid. Its effective component is high temperature resistant nano ceramic particles. In the oxidation environment where the use temperature of the graphite mold is less than 1300 ℃, its antioxidant effect exceeds.
After various types of graphite molds are impregnated with graphite mold antioxidant protective agent, their liquid can penetrate into the pores of the graphite mold, forming a layer of antioxidant protective film of about 0.02mm on the pores of the graphite mold and the surface of the graphite mold. It is this protective film that can effectively isolate the oxidation reaction caused by the direct contact of air with the graphite mold. Thus, it can effectively resist the oxidation of the graphite mold and prolong the service life of the graphite mold by about 90%.

usage method
1. Prepare the impregnation tank according to the size of the graphite mold. The immersion tank can be made of various materials according to actual conditions, but
Materials with acid corrosion resistance, good sealing, no liquid penetration, certain hardness and good durability are required.
2. According to the size of the tank and the size of the graphite mold to be impregnated, pour a certain amount of graphite mold antioxidant impregnation liquid into the impregnation tank. Generally, the impregnation liquid should cover about 10cm of the graphite mold.
3. Immerse the graphite mold in the graphite mold impregnant for about half an hour at room temperature and normal pressure. If the oxidation resistance needs to be improved, the impregnating agent of the graphite mold can be more penetrated into the pores of the graphite mold through the method of reduced pressure impregnation. Vacuum impregnation requires vacuum impregnation equipment.
4. Put the impregnated graphite mold in a well ventilated place and dry it naturally for about 2-3 days before use.
5. If the amount of graphite molds to be treated is relatively small, the brushing method can be used, so that there is no need to use a tank and pour a large amount of immersion liquid at once. It is only necessary to evenly brush the graphite rotor antioxidant on the surface of the graphite rotor for 2-3 times, and pay attention to painting as slowly as possible, so that the impregnation liquid can more fully penetrate into the pores of the graphite mold. After each painting, wait for the last coating to dry before painting. After brushing, it can be used normally after natural drying at room temperature for about 2 days.
