Precautions for use of graphite crucible:

8. Graphite crucibles are afraid of water, so it is absolutely necessary to avoid moisture and water washing.
9. Pay attention to the surface protrusion, instead of directly placing the crucible on the floor or on the tray.
10. Do not roll horizontally on the floor. When pushing the floor mat, the things needed are softer, such as cardboard or rags, so as not to bruise the bottom. Stand on the floor.

Graphite crucibleInstallation precautions for:
1. The crucible base (crucible station) needs the same crucible bottom diameter or higher crucible platform height to avoid fire spraying into the crater in the crucible.
2. The station using refractory brick crucible shall be round brick, flat brick does not need to be bent, brick or half uneven is not allowed, and imported graphite crucible is better.
3. The crucible unit is placed in the center of a melting and melting solution, made of the above-mentioned coke powder, ash or refractory cotton straw mat, to avoid the need to melt the middle part and the required level (preferably the horizontal scale amount) after the crucible and crucible table bar are erected.
4. The matching size of the crucible and the furnace, and the distance between the crucible and the molten wall should be suitable for at least 40mm.
5. When the crucible is installed, a gap of about 30-50mm dollars should be reserved for the crucible contacting the refractory brick at the lower gap, instead of padding things, nozzles and smooth cotton refractory furnace wall openings.
