Cause analysis: 1. The temperature rises too fast during preheating.

3. The residual metal at the bottom of the crucible will also cause such damage due to thermal expansion.
4. It may be caused by hard objects hitting the inside of the crucible, such as throwing the casting material into the crucible
The second part: in the general position of the crucible
Cause analysis:
1. Place the crucible on the slag or inappropriate crucible base
2. When taking the crucible, if the position of the crucible clamp is too high and the force is too large, cracks will appear on the surface of the crucible at the lower part of the crucible clamp.
3. The burner is not properly controlled, some of the crucible is overheated, some of it is not effectively heated, and the crucible is cracked due to thermal stress
The third part: there is a transverse crack at the lower part of the crucible nozzle when the pouring crucible or the crucible with a nozzle is used
Cause analysis:
1. Not installed correctly.
2. When installing a new crucible, if the refractory soil is tightly pressed under the crucible nozzle, the stress points will be concentrated at the crucible nozzle during the cooling and contraction of the crucible during use, resulting in cracks.
3. Improper selection of crucible base.
