Instructions for use of graphite crucible:
1. The crucible shall be placed below the furnace mouth plane to prevent the furnace cover from wearing the top of the crucible.
2. Feeding should be based on the amount of crucible dissolved. Do not add too much or too tightly to avoid expansion of crucible.
3. Graphite crucibles shall be kept away from moisture and must be stored in a dry place or on a wooden frame.
4. Handle with care during handling, and do not fall or shake.
5. Before use, it shall be heated in the drying equipment or near the furnace, and the temperature shall rise to 500 ℃.
6. The tapping tool and crucible clamp shall conform to the crucible shape, and the middle part shall be clamped to avoid local stress damage to the crucible.
7. When removing the slag and coke on the inner and outer walls of the crucible, tap gently to avoid damaging the crucible.
