Heilongjiang graphite production areas are mainly concentrated in Jixi and Hegang areas, forming graphite belts

I think the future development of Heilongjiang graphite industry should base on the comparative advantage of graphite resources, promote the construction of the industrial chain by creating an innovation chain, comprehensively improve the technical content of the graphite industry, occupy the high end of the graphite industry value chain, and rely on scientific and technological progress to strengthen and expand the graphite industry. The goal is to intensively develop and efficiently and sustainably utilize graphite resources, turn resource advantages into economic advantages, and drive local economic development. Therefore, it is suggested that the development of graphite industry should be promoted as a national strategy. Graphite industry technology will be listed as a national science and technology key project in the "12th Five Year Plan" to be supported. Support the basic research, cutting-edge technology research and applied technology research of the graphite industry, lead the technological development of the national graphite industry, and promote the combination of production, learning, research and application; It is suggested to support the establishment of a graphite industry trading base in Heilongjiang. According to the fact that Heilongjiang is the largest graphite Province, learn from the experience of other industry exchanges, and build an "aircraft carrier" for graphite product trading. At that time, the supply and demand relationship and the transaction price of graphite products displayed on the platform can represent the real-time price of China's graphite products.

& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; Heilongjiang graphite production areas are mainly concentrated in Jixi and Hegang areas, forming graphite belts. Among them, the total reserves of crystalline graphite ore in Jixi City are 510 million tons; The total reserves of Yunshan crystalline graphite ore in Luobei are 630 million tons. There are 24 graphite resource deposits in Jixi City, with an average ore grade of 7.97%; The graphite resources in Luobei are mainly distributed in Yunshan graphite mining area. A total of 25 deposits have been found within 9 square kilometers, with an average grade of 10.2%. Graphite in our province is characterized by rich resources, large reserves and high grade. In 2009, there were 38 graphite production and processing enterprises in our province, with a total production of 340000 tons of graphite. Jixi and Hegang each produced about 170000 tons. In 2010, China exported less than 200000 tons of graphite, including 100000 tons in Heilongjiang.

& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; At present, China's graphite industry still faces many development problems. Lack of downstream high-tech products to support the whole industry. We export graphite refined powder and other raw materials at low prices for a long time. After intensive processing abroad, they will be sold to us at ten times, one hundred times and one thousand times the price. Therefore, saving and deep utilization of non renewable resources such as graphite is related to the long-term strategic interests of the country. The technical level of graphite industry is low. Disordered mining, unbalanced mining and stripping, mining the rich and discarding the poor have led to serious waste of mine resources and greatly shortened mine life. Lack of scientific planning and supervision and management in resource mining, lack of long-term mine mining design and planning, eagerness for quick success and instant benefit, and serious short-term behavior; Basic research and applied technology research are backward. At present, the graphite deep processing technology in Germany, France, the United States, Switzerland, Japan and other countries is quite mature, and there are a large number of graphite deep processing and operating enterprises. These developed countries close their domestic graphite resources and do not exploit them. They mainly buy graphite primary processing products from graphite mineral exporting countries at low prices, sell them back at high prices after deep processing, and earn huge profits. The concentration of graphite industry is low. Most graphite enterprises are small and scattered in scale, with excess low-end products, resulting in disorderly competition and unable to form a monopoly market and price.
